“Chinese Solar Terms – The Adventures in Vernal Equinox” episode in HNTV’s program is released

China’s 24 solar terms symbolize yearly natural changes. They embody the Chinese spiritual and philosophical thinking of “unity and harmony between man and nature”. HNTV has a a brand-new TV program series, Chinese Solar Terms, honoring this ancient Chinese wisdom.

The first episode The Adventures in Vernal Equinox aired, of course, on the vernal equinox, March 20. Han dynasty’s LIU An, Prince of Huainan and earliest recorder of the 24 solar terms, travels to modern times and meets a little boy called LIU Yidan. Together, they complete a scientific experiment that shows eggs are fresh when vernal equinox comes.
