July is Chinese Movie Nights REPLAY month. An opportunity to watch, if you missed them, or watch again a few films played during the year. After a break in August, the Chinese Movie nights will return with a new programme in September.

Synopsis
On her 29th birthday, cartoonist Xiong Dun loses her job and finds out her boyfriend has been cheating on her. Her streak of bad luck does not end there as, after she loses consciousness during her birthday party and ends up at the hospital, she is told that she has a malignant tumor. Despite her fate the very imaginative Xiong Dun stays optimistic, chronicling her struggles in an amusing and hopeful way.

Go Away Mr Tumor is based the life of late cartoonist Xiang Yao 项瑶, who became famous for her online cartoon series “Go to Hell, Tumor” which depicted humorously her struggles with cancer. She passed away in Beijing on November 16, 2012.
