Summary
Police officer Wang finally catches Liu Chuan who robbed the small town’s bank 5 years ago and escaped. But an earthquake occurs and the whole town collapses. Wang is knocked unconscious, Liu steals his jacket. Wearing the uniform, Liu the “thief” become the ‘hero’ and gets involved in the search and rescue party.
