Synopsis
CHEUNG Choi-san is a senior inspector from the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Division. Seven years ago as an undercover agent, he infiltrated the criminal organization of “Blast”, most wanted criminal, and managed to bring down the organization and arrest Blast’s younger brother. However, Blast escaped and vowed that he would be back for revenge. After seven years, Blast starts his plan for revenge by taking more than a hundred hostages in Hong Kong’s Cross-Harbour Tunnel and threatening to blow it up. To bring the criminal to justice, Cheung Choi-san fights against his nemesis Blast.
