Synopsis
Mount Everest, the roof of the world. Some people choose to spend their lives protecting the holy here. Some choose to become guides, leading the way for mountaineers who want to explore the peaks of the world. The window of opportunity to climb to the top only lasts a few days per year, but it takes four years of ongoing hardships to become a qualified guide. As climbing season approaches, a few teenagers from the Tibet Mountaineering Guide School get the chance to touch the top of the world for the very first time.
