Synopsis

Nie Yinniang is a great swordswoman of Weibo territory. When she was ten years old, a Daoist nun carried her away to learn martial arts. Thirteen years later, she returns home. Her martial arts master wants her to kill Tian Ji’an, her childhood friend and kingpin of Weibo territory. The An Shi rebellion is raging and the town becomes isolated. The people are desperate. The Daoist nuns had taught her to only kill dictators and thieves, to save the innocent, but killing Tian Ji’an would not be righteous. Between life and righteousness, what choice shall Nie Yinniang make?
